Official rules

1. No purchase necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Creating a Market Bee account is free. Buying from a vendor, placing a preorder, or paying for anything else on Market Bee does not enter you, does not give you an additional entry, and does not affect your chance of winning.

2. Sponsor

Market Bee LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, PO Box 223, Vail, AZ 85641 ("Sponsor", "we", "us").

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Pima County, Arizona, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Pima County includes Tucson, Marana, Oro Valley, Sahuarita, Vail and Green Valley.

Sponsor may ask a potential winner to show proof of a Pima County residential address before awarding the prize. A potential winner who cannot will be disqualified and an alternate drawn.

The following are not eligible, and an entry from any of them will be disqualified:

• Employees, officers, members and contractors of Sponsor, and their immediate families and households.
• Any person who currently holds or operates a vendor account on Market Bee, or who is a current member of a vendor's team on Market Bee.
• Market Bee platform administrators.

Void where prohibited.

4. Entry period

Entries open October 1, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time and close at the end of October 14, 2026 (11:59 p.m. Mountain Standard Time).

Arizona does not observe daylight saving time, so all times are Mountain Standard Time (UTC−7) throughout. Sponsor's server clock is the official timekeeper. Entries submitted before or after the entry period will not be accepted.

5. How to enter

Create a free Market Bee account, or sign in if you already have one, then complete and submit the giveaway entry form. That is the entire entry. There are no other requirements.

One entry per person, and one entry per Market Bee account. Attempting to enter using multiple accounts, or by any automated method, will disqualify all of your entries.

No social media activity of any kind is required to enter or to win. Following, liking or sharing any post does not enter you, is not checked, and does not affect your chances. The entry form does not ask about social media at all.

Approximate retail value: $289.00.

The prize is awarded as-is, with no warranty of any kind, and is not transferable. No cash equivalent or substitution will be offered, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

The winner is responsible for all taxes on the prize.

7. Delivery of the prize

Sponsor will coordinate with the winner to arrange how the prize is received. The method and the timing are agreed directly with the winner after they are notified and confirmed eligible.

8. Winner selection

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the entry period, on or about October 15, 2026. Sponsor will conduct the drawing, and Sponsor's decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this giveaway.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. Notification and response deadline

The winner will be notified within 3 days of the drawing, by email at the address on their Market Bee account and by telephone or text message at the number given on their entry.

The telephone number you provide is used to contact you about this giveaway only. It will not be used for marketing, and providing it does not sign you up for text messages.

The winner must respond within 3 days of the date the notification is sent. If the winner does not respond within that period, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries, using the same process.

10. Instagram release

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. completely from any and all liability arising from or related to this giveaway. Any questions, comments or complaints about this giveaway must be directed to Sponsor, not to Instagram.

You are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Instagram.

11. Privacy

Information you submit is handled under Market Bee's Privacy Policy. Entering the giveaway does not subscribe you to marketing email.

12. General conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in a manner that is unsportsmanlike or disruptive.

If the giveaway cannot run as planned for any reason — including tampering, technical failure, or any cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control — Sponsor may modify, suspend or terminate it, and award the prize from among the eligible entries received up to that point.

By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

13. Governing law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute that is not resolved under the arbitration provisions of the Terms of Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona.

14. Winner's name

The winner's first name and last initial may be published on Market Bee and on Market Bee's social media after the prize is awarded.
